Dennis Ast
Senior Account Executive Cyber Risk Specialist
Dennis Ast has over 30 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry. Prior to joining OneGroup, Dennis spent significant time working for a national insurance carrier. He served in various claims positions including adjuster, senior adjuster and supervisor before progressing to service manager. There, he was responsible for account service management on national accounts. Dennis was promoted to account executive and again to account manager with complete responsibility for national accounts, including retention, relationship development, service, risk management and helping clients succeed. Dennis was hired by OneGroup in 2017 as a senior account executive. He was uniquely qualified for this position due to his years of experience in servicing large commercial clients and his enthusiasm for continuously expanding his knowledge. Dennis actively seeks opportunities to help his clients reduce their overall cost of risk by developing a deep understanding of their business.

Josephine Bottitta, J.D., MSW
Senior Vice President, Business Risk Specialist
Josephine Bottitta has more than 20 years of experience in human resources, employee benefits, risk management and insurance. Her diverse experience includes personal injury litigation through a private legal practice. She directed all aspects of a general/professional liability off-shore insurance captive, and oversaw risk management in a workers’ compensation insurance program. Josephine also served as director of human resources for an 800-employee NYC company. There, she was responsible for employee benefit plan design and administration, including employee relations and communications, and the creation/maintenance of the current HR policy manual and employee handbook. She was also responsible for training management and supervisors on employment topics including FMLA, ADA, sexual and non-harassment policies, neglect and mistreatment, resident abuse, and workplace violence.
