Prior to his time at ERA Group, Rod spent over four decades in leadership positions at various manufacturing, retailing, and consulting companies.
• Rod currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Ground, Inc., a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to break the cycle of homelessness for families and veterans in our communities.

• Rod earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca College.
