Prior to his time at ERA Group, Rod spent over four decades in leadership positions at various manufacturing, retailing, and consulting companies.

Terry Bitter has been with ERA Group since 2007, utilizing his skills and experience in project management, financial analysis, purchasing, materials, logistics, and manufacturing operations to deliver solid results for clients throughout North America. As a Project Manager for ERA, Terry coordinates all phases of the ERA Process with the team of ERA Specialists and the stakeholders from our clients to ensure all projects progress to a successful completion.
