Press Release: Cerini & Associates, LLP Partner Promotions 2021

January 04, 2021 – Bohemia, NY – Cerini & Associates, LLP, a leading audit, tax, and business advisory firm serving the tri-state area, further expands its growth with the promotion of three partners effective January 1, 2021: Edward McWilliams, CPA, Tania Quigley, CPA, and Carissa Scanlon, CPA.

McWilliams joined the Firm in 2013 and provides tax and consulting services to mid-sized and large corporations with both domestic and international operations. He has also been an important resource to the field with respect to the CARES Act Funding.

Quigley joined the Firm in 2005 and focuses on serving the firms nonprofit and employee benefit plan clientele in an audit and consulting capacity. She has a very hands on approach which allows her to add value to every relationship she has.

Scanlon joined the Firm in 2007 where she provides tax and outsourced accounting services to small and mid-size businesses. Her diverse background and her close relationship with her clients gives her invaluable insight that allows her to fully assist with all of her client’s needs and growth.

In addition to the executive level promotions, the following staff members were also promoted:
James Laino, CPA, Kelly Mehr, CPA, and Brian Warfield, MS have been promoted to Senior Accountant within the Firm’s private education practice group.
